ABOUT US
At Ibrahim Inspires Foundation, we believe in the limitless potential of every young individual. Our mission is to empower youth through mentorship, coaching, entrepreneurship, leadership training, career guidance, and motivational speaking. As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of generations by creating opportunities and nurturing talents. Our story began when Ibrahim Inspires Foundation was founded by Mr. Ibrahim Issah, who began his journey in a rural community in Ghana. Coming from a poor background, Ibrahim started his education in a public school and, despite enduring many challenges, rose to become the CEO of multiple succesful firms, including Great 3 Ghana Ltd, Tomenso Ghana Ltd, and Swift Care Medical Centre. Ibrahim is also the founder of IB's Success Consultancy, further showcasing his commitment to excellence and growth. Ibrahim has always been a people leader, from primary school through tertiary education, and has served on numerous boards and committees as an advisory member. His commitment is to create a world where everyone can realize their potential without fear or favor, treating all individuals equally, as created by God.

CEO, Ibrahim InspiresIbrahim Issah is an astute businessman and entrepreneur with over 15 years of rich experience in various industries. His career is marked by a deep commitment to empowering and mentoring youth across the sub-region. As the SRC President of UCOMS, he plays a pivotal role in advocating for student interests and enhancing the educational experience.
Programs & Project ManagerMr. Derby handles complex projects that span long periods of time and align with larger company goals and also coordinates project teams and budgeting needs. And also Oversees the development and launch of a new projects and events and coordinating the efforts of other team members.
Finance OfficerMiss Abena Broni Aidoo is the finance officer. And she, professionally, is responsible for managing Ibrahim Inspires Foundation's financial activities, ensuring financial stability, and making strategic financial decisions. Her duties include: Financial planning and budgeting, Financial reporting and analysis etc.
Talent DeveloperMr. Solomon Antwiagyei Kuffour is a Lecturer, Department of Human Resource and General Studies, University College of Management Studies. He, professionally, is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and developing the skills and abilities of youths. With the primary focus of helping the youth reach their full potential, aligning their talents with business objectives, and driving success.
Talent TrainerMrs. Dede Bedu-Addo is our Talent Trainer. She focuses on improving talent capabilities, driving business results, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. her common responsibilities include: Needs assessment and training design, Program delivery and facilitation, Coaching and mentoring, Curriculum development and updates etc.
